ECO-DESIGN
Experience has taught us that packaging design is a fundamental and significant component in the creation of a so-called eco-friendly package.
For this reason, we have designed and developed a wide range of products, including jars and bottles with a minimalist, ultra-lightweight design and extremely low thickness, to effectively reduce the amount of plastic used without compromising market requirements.

REPLASTIC: PIR / PCR
Nothing is created, nothing is destroyed, everything is transformed!
Available in R-PP, R-PET, R-PE.
Recycled plastics are obtained from private and industrial post-consumer processing of existing plastics.
The recycled material maintains the same technical characteristics as virgin polymers and has a great added value: it is a second plastic material generated from existing plastics and therefore has zero impact on the oil extraction process, which is necessary for virgin plastics.
Using REPLASTIC means select material with:
● High quality, homogeneous in terms of colour and presence of impurities.
● Technically has the same characteristics as virgin materia.
● 100% recycled material that does not favour oil extraction because it uses existing and recycled plastics.
● E100% recyclable.
Plastic waste takes 100 to 1000 years to degrade. By recycling 1 kg of plastic, you can save 30 kwh = 300x100W bulbs lit for 1 hour.

BIO-BASED
Renewable bio-plastic from sugarcane.
Available in BIO-PE, BIO-PP, BIO-PET.
Plastic produced with fossil oil requires processes with high emissions of CO2. Oil pumping has an high impact on the environment.
Bio-plastics comes from sugar cane. A plant that absorbs CO2 from the air as it grows, thanks to photosynthesis, it helps to reduce the CO2 in the atmosphere.
Sugarcane is then used by mills as a raw material and is transformed into “ethanol”, a type of alcohol that is then used to make Bio-Plastics.
Bio-plastics are 100% recyclable and eco-friendly!
