SUBJECT: information pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”), relating to the protection of the processing of personal data collected from the interested party.
a. HOLDER OF THE TREATMENT

b. RESPONSIBLE FOR DATA PROTECTION
Not falling within the cases specified by art. 37 of reg. 2016/679, also taking into consideration the indications of the guideline WP243, the Data Protection Officer has not been designated.
c. LEGAL BASIS, PURPOSE AND OBLIGATION OF THE TREATMENT
the processing of your personal data that we are in possession of or that will be requested from you or that will be communicated to us by you or by third parties will be carried out in execution of:
* Legal obligations: invoicing, records, registrations and other administrative / accounting purposes;
* Contractual obligations: supply of goods and / or services;
* Satisfaction of a request made by the interested party;
* Marketing operations: sending advertising material or telephone contacts (only with explicit consent).
The communication of data constitutes a legal obligation relating to administrative / accounting operations, an essential requirement relating to contractual obligations, while it is optional for marketing purposes. Failure to communicate personal data in cases where this constitutes a legal obligation or essential requirement, will have the consequence the impossibility of fulfilling contractual obligations. Failure to communicate personal data for marketing purposes will instead have the sole consequence of the inability to carry out the marketing operations themselves.
d. LAWFULNESS OF THE TREATMENT
The treatment is lawful because:
* The interested party has given consent for one or more purposes;
* The processing is necessary for the execution of a contract of which the interested party is a party or for pre-contractual measures requested by the same;
* The processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject;
* The processing is necessary for the pursuit of a legitimate interest (execution of the contract, pursuit of one’s own corporate purpose).
e. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data may be processed not only by authorized personnel within the company, but also by the following subjects:
* tax, legal and labor consultant;
* consultants for specific areas (health and safety in the workplace, maintenance / administration of computer hardware / software systems, auditing);
* subjects who can access your data by virtue of regulatory provisions;
* control bodies, also following inspections or verifications;
* transport and logistics companies (in execution of contractual obligations);
* companies or professional contractors or subcontractors (in execution of contractual obligations or regulatory obligations);
The name of the subjects listed above is available at any time upon request by the interested party.
f. Transfer of personal data to third countries or international organizations
The transfer of personal data outside the European Community or to international organizations is not envisaged.
g. Retention period of personal data
The duration of data retention, where there are no regulatory obligations or where a request for cancellation by the interested party is not received, is established on the basis of the existence of the purposes referred to in letter “c”, the need for the regular performance of the work activity or based on specific regulatory obligations.
Rights of the interested party
The interested party has the right to request access, rectification and portability of personal data concerning him at any time, as well as to oppose the processing, revoke consent or lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the processing of personal data.
h. Automated decision-making processes
The Data is not processed with automated processes.
Cookie information
Cookies are packets of information sent by a web server (e.g. the site) to the user’s Internet browser, which is automatically stored on the computer and automatically sent back to the server at each subsequent access to the site.By default, almost all web browsers are set to automatically accept cookies.
